Hi! My name is Calene Cole and I live in the very hot state of Texas with my three wonderful children Jaylin, Faith, and Nehemiah. I have dabbled in a few arenas in different seasons in my life like homeschooling, children's ministry and most recently writing to name a few.

When my father passed, I had to wrestle with a lot of anger, but in the end I decided I wasn't going to go out like that.  I knew I had more in me than I was doing thus I started a few new paths. One of them was to find a permanent way out of abuse.

In my journey of leaving abuse and finding myself I learned valuable information that was not available when I needed it so I did something about it.  One of my current missions is to help others stop the cycle of abuse for good. I recently wrote a book describing the cycle of abuse and what it looks like practically to not just leave but to deal with the aftermath once gone for true healing.

My journey is constantly changing and I believe healing is something we are never truly done with, but constantly progressing towards. Regardless of how you go to this website, I am sure you will find something useful for your world currently.
